Sigur Ros!
Well, we can be short: we're jealous. But we're not gonna be short mhuhaha. Although the visit was short by the way. Too short. Beginning to hate the word. Maybe because our guide.. well.. some people hint she looks like a hobbit (but no offence, she's still a really lovely person). But that's just from a minimum distance of 100 metres and a Lord Of The Rings setting. Or just judge for yourselves.
It was shot on our way to Sigur Ros' studio, to get back to the subject. It was located in a beautiful small village with a magic view on Icelandic mountains, but we only got this dark picture from the outside.
It actually is an old indoor swimming pool rebuild to an studio.
They have thousands of instruments in there and we wished there was enough time to try them all.
Very inspired and eager to play we headed for the Faktory bar, where we were going to play our first gig in Iceland and also our premiere gig abroad. What happened can best be described with pictures rather than words. (Actually video is even better, ..if we had that mac, but just remember you're all gonna see it soon)
